About the CAL T/2
Same hull as CAL 27 (1971>) with different deck and other alterations that brought its IOR rating to the 1/2 ton level of the time.
Designed by C. William Lapworth and built by Jensen Marine (USA) from 1972–1974, the Cal T/2 is a compact 27.42 ft masthead sloop with 179 hulls produced. Its 5400.0 lb displacement and 216.51 D/L ratio reflect a sturdy, heavy-displacement design typical of early 1970s coastal cruisers.
