About the FALCON 24 (S&S)
A modernized version of the S&S 24 (#1497-C), which in turn, is a fin keel version of the earlier DOLPHIN 24, built by a number of companies in US. Besides the different keel, the main difference between this and the S&S 24, was a completely different coach roof and deck. The hulls were built by Sea Nymph and then finished by McNair. (both of New Zealand)
Designed by Sparkman & Stephens and built by Sea Nymph / McNair (NZ), the Falcon 24 is a rare classic with only 35 hulls constructed between 1973 and 1979. Its scarcity and pedigree make it a unique entry in the sub-25ft market, appealing to collectors and enthusiasts of S&S designs.
