Designed by Andrzej Skrzat and built by Delphia Yachts from 2004–2007, the Delphia 29 is a compact cruiser with a fractional sloop rig. While the exact hulls built count is unknown, the model is characterized by a displacement of 7937.0 lb and a beam of 9.78 ft.
- Best for:
- This boat suits coastal cruisers and weekend sailors who prioritize a manageable 28.2 ft LOA and easy handling over heavy offshore endurance.
- Bluewater capability:
- With a low capsize ratio of 1.96 and a comfort ratio of 22.56, the boat is stable enough for coastal passages but its light displacement of 7937.0 lb and short LWL of 25.16 ft limit its suitability for extended bluewater voyaging.
- Comparables:
- Comparable to other late-2000s European 28-30ft fractional sloops like the Beneteau First 28 or Bavaria 30, as they share similar fractional rigs and target the same entry-level cruising market.
