About the BARBICAN 35

Barbican Constuction aquired the molds for the SUPER SOVEREIGN 35 and built a sloop rigged version. It is not thought that many were built before the molds were destroyed.

The Barbican 35 is a rare, heavy-displacement cruising sloop designed by Holman and Pye and built by Barbican Construction Ltd. in 1975. With a production run of only one known hull, this vessel represents a unique, custom-built example of late-1970s British yacht design rather than a mass-produced model.
