About the WAYFARER
The original plywood boat was available also, in kit form. (Small Craft Ltd.) Design updated by Phil Morrison in 2007. A modified version, identical in shape of wetted hull and sail plan, called the CL16 has been built in CANADA since 1968. At about this same time, Whitby Boat Works in Canada was granted a license to build Wayfarer boats in fiberglass.
