About the SHE 31
S&S design #1899. Also known as the DELTA 94. South Hants Engineering also built a variant of this design called the SHE 9.5 TRAVELLER, a cruising version, with slightly more headroom. Another version of this design was the IW-31(#1899C), built in Sweden.
