About the OFFSHORE 30 (MERCATOR)
Also known as MERCATOR 30. Early boats were molded by Neil Parmentier himself and sold as bare hulls. Sometime around 1970, Parmentier, collaborating with Sieg Brunnenkant, redesigned the hull, created a mold for a new deck and coachroof (MkII version) and founded Mercator Industries. In 1973, Parmentier sold his interest to Brunnenkant who continued to build the boats until 1981.
