The Menai Strait One Design is sailed at Royal Anglesey Yacht Club and intended specifically for the waters of the Menai Strait in North Wales. It is built of mahogany on oak frames, has removable internal ballast, and a lifting centerboard. (Disp. is an estimate.) 16 boats were built between 1938 and 1952. Most are still sailing.
