Designed by Pelle Petterson and built by Maxi Yachts / Börjesson Brothers between 1983 and 1985, the Maxi 100 is a compact, performance-oriented cruiser with 150 hulls produced. Its lightweight displacement of 9921.0 lb and fin keel configuration prioritize speed and handling, making it a distinct choice for sailors seeking a responsive day-sailer or coastal cruiser rather than a heavy displacement bluewater vessel.
