About the MARIAH 31
LOD: 30.92ft. Early versions had a 4 foot bow sprit. This was later increased to 5 feet (known as MK II's). Thanks to Larry Webber for information on the number built and the bow sprit.
The Mariah 31 is a heavy-displacement cruising cutter designed by Henry Morschadt and built by Pacific Seacraft between 1977 and 1983, with a total production of 89 hulls. Its substantial 16000.0 lb displacement and full keel design reflect its pedigree as a robust, slow-but-steady offshore cruiser.
