Based on the Holland designed 1973 IOR 1/4 ton winner 'Eyghtene'. First production version was the EYGHTENE 24 in the UK.
Designed by Ron Holland and built by Kiwi Boats (USA) from 1974–1981, the Kiwi 24 is a compact masthead sloop with a displacement of 4300.0 lb. While the exact hull count is unknown, the fleet is characterized by its lightweight construction and performance-oriented ratios, including a D/L ratio of 222.82 and a SA/D ratio of 16.93.
