Based on a IOR 1/2 ton prototype 'Physale' (1974).
Designed by M. Joubert and built by Gilbert Marine (FRA), the Gib'Sea 30 is a compact, heavy-displacement cruiser produced between 1975–1979 with a total build count of 138 hulls.
