Designer Note: Family cruiser racer with twin winged bilge keels to give an excellent performance with the advantage of shoal draft.
Designed by Julian Everitt and built by Copland Boats, the Copland 28 is a rare fractional sloop with only 7 hulls built in 1988. Its compact 28.3 ft LOA and 7500.0 lb displacement reflect a design focused on manageable coastal cruising rather than mass-market production.
