First built by Sail-Mor Boat Co. of Royal Oak MI. (USA). The rights were sold to Leon F. Irish Co. of Walled Lake, MI (USA) some time in the early 1960's. Spin area: 130 sq ft Thanks to George Eheman, who commissioned the design and was the original builder of the CHALLENGER 15.

Designed by F. S. Ford and built by Leon F. Irish Co. (USA), the Challenger 15 is a compact fractional sloop produced from 1960–1982.
