About the APHRODITE 101
First boats were built by Langeland Yacht Service. Later Bianca Yachts built some 360 APHRODITE 101''s up until the late eighties. Some of these were exported to other european countries, and a few to the US. Also known as BIANCA 101.
Designed by Paul Elvstrom and Jan Kjaerulff and built by Bianca Yachts (DEN) from 1977, the Aphrodite 101 is a lightweight, performance-oriented cruiser with 450 hulls produced. Its fractional sloop rig and fin keel configuration prioritize speed and handling, making it a popular choice for active sailors, though its age necessitates careful inspection of structural integrity.
